Megan Andelloux is the Director of the Miko Learning and Resource Center, located in Providence, RI. In her role there she works as a Board Certified Sexuality Educator in the New England and Tri-State area. She provides consultations, trainings and workshops to colleges, hospitals and individuals on the joys of sex play, why the body works the way it does and answers zillions of questions on sexuality. Megan is also frequently used as a media consultant for magazines, news stations and the internet. Prior to being the Director of the Miko Learning and Resource Center, Megan worked as a Sex Educator at Planned Parenthood for 9 years.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 6 
There's still time! The polling location for students who are registered to vote in Middletown is the Senior Center, located at 150 William Street (across from Broad Street Books).  The Senior Center is within walking distance of campus, however is students are not sure where it is or would prefer a ride, the Office of Community Service and Volunteerism will be providing transportation at the following times: 10:30am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm and 7pm.  For the day time rides, please come into the OCS office at 167 High Street.  For the 7pm ride, please meet in lower Parking Lot C (the van will be there by 6:50 so you will not need to wait outside).  Any questions, please contact Migdalia Pinkney at mpinkney@wesleyan.edu or 685.2881.

A Healthy Dose of Info on...Exercise and Cold Weather

Cold weather might make you feel like hibernating, but you don't have to give up your exercise and fitness goals. You can exercise indoors. And by dressing properly and heeding cold-weather safety tips, you can exercise outdoors, too.

Maintain your motivation

Focus on how you'll benefit if you keep up your exercise routine throughout the cold-weather season. Exercise can help you shake those winter blues. Exercise improves your mood, increases your energy level and helps you sleep better. And you'll be in better shape when the weather warms up.

Try to set aside 30 minutes or more on most days of the week for physical activity. It doesn't have to be all in one stretch. You can work it in a little here or there.
