Registration now open for:
Rejuvenation for Lunch: Chan Meditation & Chi Kung

As well as providing an opportunity to de-stress, this class will promote healing, focus, effectiveness and over-all well-being, through the guided practice of Chan meditation, breathing exercises (Chi Kung), and a self-healing acupressure practice. Expect results! This program is designed so that if it is practiced daily, increased health, vitality, effectiveness, and inner peace will assuredly blossom in your life. Daily attendance is recommended (but not required) to receive full benefits of the practice. Taught by Ji Myong of the Small Forest Temple of Middletown.

Dates: Monday through Friday from May 30, 2006 to June 30, 2006
Time: 12:00pm to 12:45pm
Location: Memorial Chapel Meditation Room (Basement)
Fee: $108 for 5 week daily course (24 classes)
