Feed Your Brain Series: Healthy Eating on the Run
Wednesday, March 1, 2006 ~ 6:00pm ~ Mocon
If you are struggling with fitting healthy eating habits into
your hectic schedule, take the time to attend this workshop and
discussion. Learn more about planning for healthy eating, how to use
some creativity in seeking out healthy options and incorporating
more variety into your eating habits, even if you're eating at Mocon
every day. Meet at the top of Mocon. Students will NOT be expected
to use their meal plan for this program. "Feed Your Brain" is a
four-part series developed and presented by Aramark, Health Services
and WesWELL on various aspects of healthy eating for students.
